Our interest rates are highly competitive within the private lending industry. Depending on the strength of the application, our first mortage rates will range from 7.75% up to 12%.

 

Lender's fees are also charged and established on a case by case basis but typically start at 2%.

 

The term of the loan is typically one year and payments are interest only on a monthly basis. Postdated cheques are required.

 

For second mortgages interest rates will range from 12% to 15%. Lender's fees also apply and are established on a case by case basis.
